Editly edits files entirely inside your browser using JavaScript, the Canvas API, and WebAssembly. The files you edit are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any server operated by us. Once you close or refresh the tab, edits that haven’t been downloaded are gone.

We do not require an account to use Editly. Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tools may automatically log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for the purpose of maintaining and improving the service.
